All prices are starting prices for a straightforward job and are quoted per property. Final prices depend on size, condition, access and how much soiling or grease there is. You get a fixed price in writing before we book — never an estimate that changes on the day.
How scheduling actually works
We don't advertise a blanket completion guarantee, because void work depends on access, key release and the condition we find. What we do commit to is a confirmed date and time for your property, an early call if anything threatens it, and a fixed price for the agreed scope.

- Honest assessment first: we tell you what can and cannot be improved.
- Completion photos on request.
- If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll return to put it right.
