This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us or book work. We keep as little as possible.

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and property address.
- Photos and details you send us so we can quote accurately.
- Records of work carried out, including completion photos where taken.
Why we hold it
We use your details to quote, schedule, carry out and invoice the work, and to deal with any follow-up query. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work and invoices are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
