Void cleans cover properties that have been empty for weeks — heavier dust, drained traps, mildewed sealant, gardens that have grown over. We charge per unit at portfolio rates rather than per tenancy.

Do you handle bulk portfolio cleans?

Yes — preferential rates above 5 units per month. We can hold a recurring slot for a managing agent.

Will you clear left-behind items?

Light items (bags, food, small furniture) are included. Anything needing a man-and-van is quoted separately.

Do you do gardens on void cleans?

Yes — hedge trim, lawn cut, jet-wash patio and bin-clean as a £45–£95 add-on.

Can you turn round multiple void units in a day?

Yes — we run two-person teams and can do 2–3 standard flats in a single day at portfolio rates.
