These terms apply to all cleaning and property preparation work we carry out. They are written to be readable rather than impressive.

Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for straightforward jobs. A quote becomes fixed once we have confirmed the scope in writing with you.
If the property is materially different from what was described or shown in photos, we will tell you before starting and agree either a revised price or a reduced scope.
Your responsibilities
- Provide safe access, electricity and running water.
- Tell us about pets, hazards, delicate surfaces or known damage in advance.
- Remove valuables and personal items from the areas being cleaned where possible.
Liability
We take reasonable care in every property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of items already at the end of their life, and we are not liable for outcomes decided by third parties such as inventory clerks.
Any concern about damage must be raised within 48 hours of completion so it can be inspected.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed invoicing terms in advance, which is common for letting agents and landlords with multiple properties.
