FAQs
How much does a one-off deep clean cost in Barnsley?
From £135 for a whole property, priced on size and condition — a small tidy flat costs less than a large, heavily-soiled family home. Send photos or a quick video walkthrough and you'll get a fixed quote before booking.
Is this a regular cleaning service?
No — this is a single, thorough reset clean, not a recurring weekly or fortnightly service. If you want an ongoing housekeeping visit, that's not something we currently offer.
What's actually included?
Kitchen degreasing, inside cupboard fronts, bathroom descaling, skirting boards, door frames, light switches, behind and under moveable appliances, and a full vacuum and mop of every room. Ovens and carpets are quoted separately as add-ons.
Can you deep clean a property that's been neglected for a while?
Yes — that's the most common reason people book us. Ground-in grease, limescale build-up and dust in awkward corners are exactly what a deep clean is for. Be honest about the condition when you send photos so the quote is accurate first time.
Will the property be spotless afterwards?
We aim for a genuine, visible reset — but we're upfront that a single visit can't fix everything. Ingrained staining in grout, worn flooring or years of nicotine residue on walls may improve without fully disappearing. We'll flag anything like that before we start.
How long does a one-off deep clean take?
Typically 3–8 hours depending on property size and condition, usually with one or two people on site. We'll give you a time estimate as part of the quote.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — all cleaning products, cloths, mop systems and vacuum equipment are included in the price.
A one-off reset, not a routine service
This is a single deep clean, not a weekly or fortnightly housekeeping visit. If you're after regular upkeep of an already-tidy home, this isn't the right fit — this service is for properties that need a genuine, ground-up reset before returning to a normal cleaning routine of your own.
What a deep clean does — and doesn't — fix
- Fixes: grease build-up, dust, limescale, general grime, cobwebs, neglected corners
- Improves: staining in grout lines, worn hard flooring, general dinginess
- Doesn't fix: structural damage, mould that needs specialist treatment, carpet staining (booked separately)
- Doesn't fix: years of ingrained nicotine staining on walls and ceilings — this needs redecoration, not cleaning
