Two-bedroom post-refurbishment clean and carpet reset

The challenge

This vacant two-bedroom property needed its final clean after refurbishment work. The kitchen remained the main problem area, with stubborn grease around the former appliance position, while the remaining bedroom, stair and landing carpets needed extraction cleaning and deodorising before handover.

What we did

• Full post-refurbishment clean throughout the vacant property
• Detailed kitchen degreasing, including cupboards, drawers, tiles and the former oven area
• Bathroom, bedrooms, internal windows, skirting and touch points cleaned
• Carpet extraction to two bedrooms, stairs and landing

The result

The property was completed in one managed visit and left ready for handover. The kitchen was fully detailed, the remaining carpets were pre-treated and extracted, and genuine before-and-after photographs and completion footage were captured. Relevant pre-existing condition observations were also documented and shared separately with the property-management client.
