How many photos do I get?
Between 18 and 35 depending on property size — fully edited, colour-corrected, sky-replaced where needed and sized for Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
Do you do floorplans and EPC?
Yes — laser-measured floorplan with room labels and total area as a £40 add-on. We can also pair you with a local DEA for EPCs.
How quickly do I get the images back?
Next working day, delivered as a download link plus a web gallery you can forward to your agent.
Can you shoot in the evening?
Yes — dusk twilight shots add a small premium and we have a tripod / HDR setup for low light.
Do you do drone shots?
Yes, with a CAA A2 CofC pilot — subject to airspace. Add-on £75 for stills, £125 for stills + edited 4K clip.
